Add new prayer

Submission of prayer requests are not published until approved by the moderator. By submitting your prayer request and choosing "Share this", you allow us to publish your name and your request online. If you do not wish to be identified, please choose "Share this anonymously" or "Do not share this". We will keep a record of your name, email address, phone number (if provided) and prayer request for a period of 3 months. After which, we will purge all contact information from our record. We will not share your personal contact information or prayer request with anybody if you have chosen "Do not share this" and will only share your prayer request if you choose "Share this anonymously".
